About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MR AI Studio, including our website, digital products, AI tools, templates, credits, checkout pages, generated outputs, and related services.
By accessing or using MR AI Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
About MR AI Studio
MR AI Studio provides creative AI tools, digital product workflows, video prompt tools, image and visual asset tools, templates, guides, and related resources to help users create digital products and creative content.

Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account or sign in.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.
MR AI Studio may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that could harm the service or other users.
MR AI Credits
MR AI Studio may use a credit-based system called MR AI Credits.
Credits may be used for paid actions such as generating videos, creating finished outputs, exporting production-ready assets, or accessing premium creation features.
Credit requirements may vary depending on the tool, feature, generation type, model, or output selected. Credit pricing, usage rules, and included features may change over time.
Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account, and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law or expressly agreed by MR AI Studio.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider.
By purchasing MR AI Credits or other paid products, you agree to pay the displayed price and any applicable taxes or fees.
MR AI Studio does not store your full card details.
Refunds
Because MR AI Studio provides digital products, credits, AI-generated outputs, and instant-access services, purchases are generally final once access is provided, credits are allocated, or a generation/export action has been used.
We may review refund requests at our discretion where required by law, where there has been a technical issue, duplicate charge, or other genuine billing problem.

AI-generated outputs
MR AI Studio uses AI tools and third-party AI providers to help generate prompts, digital products, images, videos, text, and related creative outputs.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, unsuitable, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output.
MR AI Studio does not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, commercially successful, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party rights issues.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising standards, intellectual property rights, and any third-party terms.
User content
You may submit prompts, ideas, product briefs, images, files, text, business information, or other content into MR AI Studio.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights you already hold.
By submitting content, you give MR AI Studio permission to process, store, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide the service, generate outputs, save your work where supported, improve reliability, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
Intellectual property
MR AI Studio owns or licenses the website, brand, design, software, templates, workflows, product concepts, interface, documentation, and other materials provided through the service.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit MR AI Studio's software, design, templates, workflows, or proprietary materials unless we give written permission.
Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs you create through MR AI Studio for personal or commercial purposes, provided your use is lawful and does not violate third-party rights or platform rules.
What MR AI Studio is not
MR AI Studio is not a provider of medical advice, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, investment advice, crisis support, or professional consulting.
Any content generated by MR AI Studio is for general informational, creative, and productivity purposes only.
You should seek advice from qualified professionals before relying on outputs for legal, medical, financial, tax, business, compliance, or other professional decisions.
If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact emergency services or a local crisis helpline.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MR AI Studio to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful activity
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- create harmful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or illegal content
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the service
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the service
- bypass payment, credit, usage, rate limit, or access controls
- misrepresent AI-generated content in a way that is unlawful or harmful
- create spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent material
MR AI Studio may refuse, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that appear to breach these Terms.
Availability and changes
MR AI Studio may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that MR AI Studio will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
AI tools, model availability, generation quality, processing times, prices, credit costs, and features may change over time.
Third-party services
MR AI Studio may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI, hosting, payment, analytics, storage, or infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR AI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation arising from your use of the service.
MR AI Studio's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to MR AI Studio for the relevant product, credits, or service giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of MR AI Studio, breach of these Terms, unlawful content, or violation of third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using MR AI Studio at any time.
MR AI Studio may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access would be unlawful or commercially unreasonable.
